About Jane Postlethwaite
Jane Postlethwaite is a Queer Multi-Comedy Award nominee Stand up Comedian from Cumbria. She's been heard on BBC Radio 4 and BBC Radio Cumbria. She's had sell out shows at Brighton Fringe, Edinburgh Fringe and the Women in Comedy Festival. She was in the British Comedy Award Finals in 2023. Her show “Terrible People” was nominated for the “Big Gay Award” at Brighton Fringe 2024.
Jane has a Paranormal Queer Comedy podcast called “All the Terrible Things” where she talks to queer people about their spooky stories. She is currently working on her new stand up comedy WIP show, “Bone Idle”.
“So Hilarious” is her umbrella brand under which is runs comedy nights and comedy workshops in Manchester and online for Women / LGBTQI+ folk. Plus, it sells cool ethical t’shirts for feminists / LGBTQI+ folk.
